Items may be returned within 14 days for a refund on the item.  Items returned must be unused and complete with all unopened retail packaging.  The customer is reponsible for posting the returned item with a certificate of posting and also for return postage costs.

If an item is received faulty or damaged then the item can be returned to us and we will pay the return postage.

In all cases please contact us to allocate a returns number and address.
